Payments: We accept Creditcards. Payment is due at time of sale. We do ofer layaway plans, call customer service for more information.
Exchange Policy:
EXCHANGES ONLY. EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF PURCHASE BY VISITING OUR RETAIL STORE OR For Exchanges on orders made by Phone or website, See Below:
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
To obtain an RA# call our customer service department at (305) 247-2799, WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SHIP DATE OF GARMENTS. All garments/shoes being exchanged must be in original package, containing all price tags and vendor tags, and must be in original, resellable condition. The RA# must appear on the outside of all cartons/packages. If there is more than one package, please make sure they are clearly marked with the RA# and the number of packages. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Example 1 of 2, 2 of 2.
All returns must have the original packing slip or invoice enclosed, highlighting the items being returned.

Please note that the return authorization is valid for only 10 days, after that time it is automatically voided. Should the RA# expire you will have to request a new one.
Because we stand behind our product, any unworn garments that have defective workmanship or fabric may be returned for exchange.
If you receive an order and your order contains Items not ordered, wrong style, size, color, etc, Please call our customer service department for immediate exchange or correction on your order.
